4 Eggs

4 Slices of Canadian Bacon

"Hollandaise Sauce"


1. Lightly poach the eggs using a poacher or rings.

2. Toast the 4 halves of the English muffins.

3. Fry the bacon

4. Make Hollandaise Sauce

5. Butter the muffins.

6. Place the bacon on top and then the eggs.

7. Cover with the sauce.
