1. Heat oil in small pan until bubbling
2. Mix rest of the ingredients with a fork in bowl
3. Turn down heat to warm.
4. Beat until just mixed.
5. Pour into pan turning down the heat as you do
6. Shake pan and stir for about 30 seconds
7. Let set, stirring once
8. Serve on hot buttered toast
