How to make Hollandaise Sauce! This Sauce is used for Eggs Benedict and Vegetables.

Ingredients

1/2 cup - 1 cup

2 Small Eggs yolks - 3 Eggs yolks

1 Tbs Lemon Juice - 2 Tbs Lemon Juice

dash Salt - 1/4 tsp Salt

2 drops Hot Sauce - 4 drops Hot Sauce

1/2 stick hot butter - 1 stick hot butter

Instructions

1. In blender, mix all ingredients except butter.

2. Slowly pour in bubbling butter while mixing on low speed.
