Fereni

Fereni is a Persian pudding dessert.  The best time to make Fereni is cold winter, when you need something warm.  Fereni is a creamy and smooth dessert that actually has only four main ingredients rice flour, sugar, milk and rose water and it takes almost 20 minutes to get ready.  This pudding can be serve hot or cold.  The ground almonds, pistachios and cinnamon add a lovely texture to your pudding.  Try it and let me know if you like it. Enjoy! 🙂 😛
